Our story was not born from a business plan but from a refusal — a refusal of the industrial logic that turns the forest into an assembly line. When we took over the family chestnut groves, many called us mad.
"We learned that the land doesn't wait for you. If the tractor breaks down at midnight in the rain, you fix it there — with dirty hands and short breath — because tomorrow is harvest day."
Ours is extreme labour. It is work until the darkness swallows the trees and only torches guide our hands. We seek no shortcuts: every chestnut you eat has passed through our calluses.
This is not a new idea.
It is going back where we came from.
We did not discover the chestnut grove: we grew up inside it. The chestnuts laid out to dry, the fire in the metato, the turning stone. What we are rebuilding today, we watched working as children.
Purity in facts,

We are not «Organic» because we don't want to chase a commercial certification: we are Natural. Certifications are often just bureaucracy you pay for. Our guarantee is the mud on our boots and the health of our centuries-old trees.

We let the forest be itself. No pesticides, only natural balance.
Manual harvesting
Every burr is opened by hand or with traditional tools. Respect for the fruit.
