Untouched grove
Our centuries-old trees grow without chemical fertilisers, immersed in the biodiversity of the mountain undergrowth.
Manual harvesting
Every burr is opened by hand. A rigorous selection ensuring only the healthiest and sweetest fruits.
Dried chestnuts
Only 1,000 kg per year. Bureaucratically simpler than flour, perfect for soups, cakes and to keep in the pantry for winter.
